Founder/CEO: Mr. Daniel Trong Quy
Having experienced many ups and downs in business when trying his hand in 12 different countries in more than 10 years of promoting import and export, he always dreamed of bringing many “Made in Vietnam” products to every corner of the world. So that when Vietnamese people travel around the world, they can find products from their own country on the shelves in even the most distant lands.
From those experiences, he wrote the book “B2B – The way to reach the world” which is an inspiration for many export enterprises and is honored to be cooperated by INTEC – Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade to promote many export industries from Vietnam to the world. He built K-Global (K-Embroid’s parent company) to work with young people with intelligence and youthfulness to realize this dream. As a close companion of the Founder from the first years of building K-Embroid, he is a person who is extremely focused on his work, works with high intensity and is extremely serious. For him, discipline and seriousness are strength. It is not surprising that at 2-3 am you still receive a message of guidance or support directly from Mr. Tim Pham, even the smallest orders are still highly concerned by him.
“The way we do small things is the way we do big things. Don’t talk about million-dollar stories when you can’t do the smallest bills properly”. That is the most important factor to build a growing K-Embroid.
Besides being serious and disciplined, Mr. Tim Pham is an approachable, humorous and affectionate older brother, ready to advise on life stories and share with employees like an experienced older brother sharing with younger siblings in the family.

Mrs. Kris Thu An is not only an excellent manager but also a visionary leader, the person behind the success of K-Embroid today.
The company specializes in exporting handmade embroidery products from Vietnam, bringing the quintessence of Vietnamese artisans to the world and reaching new customer groups. With extensive knowledge of production processes and import-export processes, she always ensures that the company’s products are of the best quality before exporting to international markets. This has helped K-Embroid build a strong reputation in the industry and attract many international partners.
Not only good at technical aspects, Ms. An also has outstanding financial management and business process optimization capabilities. She has come up with smart financial strategies to increase profits and sustainable development for the company.
