Refund & Return Policy
How many days do you have to check and provide feedback?
When the order is delivered to your address, please check all items as soon as possible and specifically as follows:
- For orders <100 pcs, you have 3 days to check and give feedback on the quality.
- For orders of 100 – 300 products, you have 6 days to check and give feedback on quality.
- For orders of 300 – 1500 pcs, there are 10 days to check and feed back the quality.
After this time we will not process your order. You need to contact us for proof of purchase, mistake within the time specified above. If we do not get feedback about the defective items within the allowed number of days, all items are presumed to be perfect.
How to give feedback in the right way?
- Record a video when opening the goods without cutting.
- Send the video and image to sales for confirming the order status.
- Videos featuring customers’ voices and images are encouraged.
How do we deal with defective items?
Discount:
- For all minor defects (industrial hygiene, metallic thread faults, embroidery stitch spacing faults): we will offer a discount but will be less than 25%.
- For all major defects (design error from the customer after data confirmation): we offer two solutions: replacing or refunding.
Replace:
- After receiving the returned products, we will double-check, re-make the products, and ship them back to you as quickly as possible.
- Replacements will be shipped to you at no cost to products and shipping costs.
Refund:
- Once we receive the item, we will process your credit immediately. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account.
- Please kindly note that you will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
- The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
NOTE: All returns will be valid up to 3 months from the issue date.
